Position: Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Al Dokki , Cairo , Egypt (Remote, Supporting UAE & Regional Operations)
Position Purpose
The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator will oversee procurement, inventory, and logistics operations, ensuring seamless supply chain processes for Axios International in the UAE and other regional offices. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing national and international shipments, and ensuring compliance with UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Supply Chain Coordination
o Manage procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations across multiple locations.
o Ensure timely availability of medicines and medical supplies.
o Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to optimize efficiency.
o Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, procurement transactions, and inventory records.
· Logistics & Distribution
o Oversee order processing, shipment tracking, and timely product delivery for UAE and regional offices (KSA, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait).
o Handle national and international shipments, ensuring compliance with regional import/export regulations.
o Address logistical challenges, optimize distribution processes, and resolve supply chain disruptions.
· Compliance & Reporting
o Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supply chain performance.
o Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality control standards.
o Support Pharmacovigilance reporting as per Axios requirements.
· Administrative & System Management
o Maintain and update electronic records, including supplier data and compliance documentation.
o Use Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS) for tracking and reporting.
o Assist in general administrative duties as required.
Special Skills and Knowledge
· Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and procurement in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
· Knowledge of UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait import/export regulations and pharmaceutical supply chain compliance.
· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
· Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
· Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication skills in both English & Arabic.

Educational Background and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

· Experience in customer service or supplier coordination is a plus.
Job Circumstances
· This role is based in our Egypt office and remotely supports operations in the UAE and regional offices.
· Occasional travel may be required for supplier or client meetings.
