Job Description
OverviewThis role is responsible for supporting the Cluster Supply Chain team with general customer service IT access administration with respect to legacy systems (apollo, Sap etc), reporting and execution support. Key duties include field supply chain communication with different customers and tasks coordination at supporting field SC operations for access rights and system continuity. This role is a key enabler to streamling smooth access and timely issue resolution for critical SC systems.
Responsibilities*Sustainment of legacy systems such as SAP, Apollo, etc. (65-75%)
Conduct regular maintenance for SAP issues (adhoc) Align the data between the third-party web portal and the PEP ERP system Collect information for system enhancements based on business needs (RITM) Monitor project execution in collaboration with central IT team Setup/request new GPID's for Copacker incl. SVA and extension till termination Setup/request new GPID's for Contractor (at PepsiCo) incl.all access needed SAP, DL, Mailbox --- and extension till termination Setup/request new GPID's for new PepsiCo SC team members all access needed SAP, DL, Mailbox, Hardware and extension till termination Request SAP / BO access based on roles incl. SOD conflict avoidance Search, evaluate and develop SAP/BI/Co-Packer functionalities
Provision of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution support (25-35%)
Execute Provide UAT planning and execution support Provide feedback on UAT execution
Qualifications
Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken) Science degree (Bachelors) Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with both internal and external customers working within an IT system support environment (usually min 0-1 yrs exp.) Prior working knowledge of IT incident management required Working Knowledge of MRP required (pref. SAP) Experience of warehouse management systems beneficial Strong Excel & Office package knowledge mandatory Knowledge of Python and other programming language required Dashboarding skills involving MS Excel/Tableau/Power BI Ability to perform technical planning, system integration and evaluate alternatives including cost, risk, supportability of tool systems
