Job Description
OverviewThis role is responsible for supporting the Sector 3PM team by focusing on data integrity, compliance, process automation, and collaboration with the sector support team lead and Europe BU teams to meet daily business needs. Additionally, the role will support long-term initiatives by ensuring efficient system maintenance and governance for Third Party Manufacturing processes
This role is essential to ensure the smooth running of the 3PM governance process and management support processes
This role will work closely with the system sustainment team on materials and tool creation acting as liaison to sector 3PM support team lead.
ResponsibilitiesSupport 3PM sector lead to
Contract Governance (30%)
Contract Approvals and Tracking: Manages contract approvals and ensures accurate tracking for clear oversight and accountability.
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Ensures all contracts meet regulatory requirements, with comprehensive documentation to support compliance and audit processes.
System & Data Management (50 %)
Automated Workflows and Data Integrity: Maintains automated workflows to streamline processes and uphold data accuracy across systems.
Dashboard and Reporting Oversight: Manages performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
Global Brain Maintenance: Creates and compiles content for updates and communications, such as portal newsletters.
Supplier capability Support: Work with internal and external contacts to ensure that suppliers are equipped with the right access, systems and capability.
Operational Support (20%)
Purchase Orders and Distribution Lists: Enhances operational efficiency through purchase order processing and distribution list management.
Recognition Programs: Administers sector recognition programs to support team engagement.
Analytical Insights: Provides data-driven insights using Mintec.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working with internal and external customers within an FMCG operational environment (minimum 0-1 years). Proven project management or project engineering experience managing projects in an FMCG environment (minimum 0-1 years). Proven ability to manage complex processes and data flows across multiple platforms (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Tableau) with high accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1 level). Skilled in structured, process-driven work with the ability to guide and influence colleagues to adhere to governance standards and best practices. Strong ability to prioritize competing demands effectively. Demonstrates a proactive, self-learning ethic to adopt new systems and methods, continually adding value to the team and organization. Able to apply critical thinking to support Third Party Manufacturing colleagues with process navigation and compliance, adhering to policy guidelines. Experienced in defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.
