Purpose of the job
Lead the digital payments plan & activities across all digital channels in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
Duties and responsibilities
Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities to meet the assigned monthly targets. Research markets in local, regional, and international areas to determine potential sales. Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities. Assess and analyze a prospects current process and requirements. Provide engaging and articulate information about digital payment value proposition to potential customers. Maintain well organized, up to date and accurate sales information and activity reports. Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone email telephone conferencing webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship. Provide accurate and timely information as required to higher management. Work closely with Legal, compliance and technical teams within the company to assure the deal is closed and the client is live. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution to Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports. Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets. Adhere to company policies, procedures culture and business ethics
Job specification
Education
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information System, or other business related field.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in sales or relationship management role in digital payment or mobile money field
- Strong background in Fin-techs
Skills and Abilities
Fluent English and Arabic is a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent projects and tasks. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills written and verbal Strong knowledge of the Digital Payments baking & telecom regulations Excellent presentation skills Customer Oriented
Ability to deal with stress and follow procedures. Problem solving and decision making. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Fluent English language. Analytical skills.
