Job Description
Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Super Market Sales supervisor
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise Weekly planning and assignment of responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Super Market. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts and agreements to drive sales and profitability. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth. . Ensures that accurate and updated customer records are maintained Monitors customer payments, ensuring that all accounts are settled in accordance to the agreed terms and conditions, on a regular basis Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports highlighting sales analysis Carries responsibility for building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers in the market Monitors customer payments, ensuring that all accounts are settled in accordance to the agreed terms and conditions, on a regular basis Ensures that reporting systems are fully implemented by the sales force and reports are provided to the management on time
Skills
Bachelor's degree Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the super market industry. From 3 to 5 Years of experience on same title Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software. FMCG Experience is a must (Food & Beverage) . Communication, Negotiation skills networking ability
