Job Description



The Reporting and Analysis Specialist is responsible for managing HR data and reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and the generation of actionable insights.This role involves collaborating work closely with the Subsidiaries HR Business Partner to align HR reporting and analytics with organizational objectives, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal and company standards.
Develop and implement the best practices for HR data management and reporting by aligning with Giza Systems Group. Generate accurate and timely HR reports, including metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other workforce data. Maintain and update HRIS and other data management systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient reporting processes. Ensure consistency and quality in data collection, storage, and reporting practices. Act as the primary liaison between the subsidiary and the Giza Systems Group HR team for all reporting and data-related tasks. Support HR leadership by providing regular updates and analyses that drive data-driven decision-making. Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively present HR data to stakeholders. Utilize reporting tools to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing formats for presenting HR insights. Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making in areas such as recruitment, retention, and performance management. Align HR data findings with Giza Systems Group’s business objectives and strategic goals.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in HRIS systems software and tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office collaboration platforms.
•Ability to handle sensitive information.

Education



Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Business informatics a related field.
