Strategy and Sustainability Director
Job Description
Define and update Giza Systems’ strategic direction, vision, and values. Develop and oversee the execution of short- and long-term business and financial plans. Establish operational plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, and performance indicators. Lead cross-functional initiatives and guide high-value programs to successful outcomes. Prepare and present detailed reports on organizational performance to the executive team. Develop and implement sustainability frameworks and action plans aligned with global standards (e.g., GRI, SDGs, ISO26000). Foster internal and external stakeholder engagement in sustainability efforts. Oversee the creation of annual sustainability reports and ensure alignment with corporate goals and stakeholder concerns. Monitor emerging trends in sustainability and adapt strategies to maintain leadership in this area. Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis, including regulatory implications and macroeconomic trends. Provide fact-based insights for informed decision-making on strategically important topics. Assess and mitigate strategic risks while identifying new opportunities for growth. Enhance organizational processes to align with best practices and ensure continuous improvement. Encourage knowledge transfer and foster a culture of learning and innovation. Develop decision-making tools and frameworks for operational and strategic improvements. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders. Lead and inspire teams to execute strategic and sustainability initiatives. Facilitate workshops, design training materials, and deliver tailored content for various audiences. Ensure all communication is aligned with corporate objectives and delivered effectively in both Arabic and English.
Personal Skills
Strong background in strategic planning, sustainability, and change management. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Analytical mindset with proven experience in solving complex problems. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic. Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.

Education
Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or equivalent
