We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Strategic Project / Program Manager to join our
Flights Supply team. In this key role, you will manage and support a variety of strategic projects within the flights supply team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion. This role is vital to the growth of Agoda Flights, contributing to its transformation from a new vertical into a core component of Agoda’s operations. You will play an integral role in driving effective project execution and ensuring alignment with Agoda’s broader business objectives.
In this role, you will get to: Manage and oversee strategic projects for flights supply, ensuring initiatives move the dial , are executed on time and exceed expectations . 4-5 years of relevant experience in a strategy consulting firm or in a tech company (project / program manager role) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to coordinate strategic initiatives and drive business growth. Ability to i nfluence stakeholders Ability to learn fast and understand new business dynamics. Excitement to join a dynamic and innovative team within Agoda, with excellent growth prospects. Knowledge of SQL or willingness to invest time to learn.
