Key Account Management
- Oversee and nurture relationships with high-value clients, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and implement account plans to meet growth targets and boost revenue.
- Understand client objectives, challenges, and industry trends to advocate for tailored solutions aligned with their goals.
End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership
- Own the entire sales process from lead qualification to deal closure and invoicing, coordinating with internal teams for timely proposals and contract delivery.
- Lead client negotiations, secure favorable terms, and ensure agreements meet both client expectations and company profitability goals.
- Manage the invoicing process, collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments, and resolve billing issues.
Strategic Planning and Business Development
- Develop and track comprehensive account plans outlining objectives, strategies, and actions for key accounts.
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitors to identify new business opportunities and inform strategies.
- Proactively introduce additional LyRise services to clients, customizing proposals to demonstrate value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide client feedback to refine products and services, and participate in roadmap discussions to represent client interests.
- Oversee client projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with scope and expectations.
Performance Management and Reporting
- Monitor key metrics on account growth, client satisfaction, and revenue targets to inform strategic adjustments.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, pipeline status, and actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain accurate account data to contribute to reliable revenue forecasting.
Relationship Building and Networking
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers, scheduling regular performance reviews and exploring new opportunities.
- Represent LyRise at industry events and conferences, expanding professional networks to identify potential partnerships.
Contract and Compliance Management
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, agreements, and changes.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Mentor Account Executives on managing complex accounts and share best practices to enhance team performance.
- Foster a collaborative sales environment to encourage knowledge sharing and innovative strategies.
Customer Success and Retention
- Monitor satisfaction levels, address client concerns promptly, and implement strategies to maintain strong relationships.
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop retention strategies with Customer Success teams to improve service delivery.
Continuous Improvement and Professional Development
- Identify inefficiencies in account management processes and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pursue relevant training, and earn certifications to advance skills and expertise.
