Store Manager to lead this flagship presence in Egypt.
Role OverviewAs the
Store Manager, you will be the face of Zhivago in-store, responsible for leading the team, driving sales, and delivering a luxury customer experience that aligns with our brand’s Core. You’ll be instrumental in creating an atmosphere that reflects the energy, confidence, and artistry of Zhivago.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensure the store reflects the brand’s image through impeccable visual merchandising and styling.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, staffing, and scheduling.
- Drive business growth through clienteling, local outreach, and events.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
What We're Looking For- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in fashion or luxury.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and team management.
- Passionate about fashion, trends, and the Zhivago aesthetic.
- Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and drive results.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a natural flair for styling and relationship building.
