Job Description

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who thrives on innovation and solving complex business process challenges. They have a passion for creating cutting-edge BPM (Business Process Management) solutions using the latest automation technologies and practices. They should have expertise in IBM BPM (Business Process Manager) and BAW (Business Automation Workflow) platforms, with experience in integrating these with microservices, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps pipelines. The ideal candidate will be a strong system designer, capable of implementing scalable, automated solutions for business processes, but also a skilled communicator who can present complex automation and workflow designs clearly and persuasively.


Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement cloud-native business process automation solutions using IBM Cloud Pak for Automation.
  • Leverage containerization and Kubernetes orchestration for deploying and managing workloads on IBM Cloud or hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
  • Build and integrate with various IBM Cloud Pak services, including Business Automation, Decision Management, and Content Services.
  • Ensure seamless integration using REST APIs, SOAP, and Microservices architectures.
  • Implement automation workflows and decision management using Business Automation Insights and IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
  • Use Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven automation within the Cloud Pak environment to enhance efficiency.
  • Work on platform administration, snapshot deployment, and user management.
  • Lead development team in designing and deploying cloud-native solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Mentor junior developers and manage large-scale automation projects from concept to delivery.
