Job Description

  • Preparing monthly financial statements with QuickBooks Online for small businesses
  • Perform tasks as the outsourced accountant for small businesses: Clients in the $1M to $15M in annual revenue range
  • Perform various accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online
  • Financial planning and analysis, budgeting for various client needs
  • Perform intermediate level accounting tasks including small business accounting, routine journal entries and processing payroll
  • Work directly with managers to determine and meet all client’s accounting needs
