Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Senior Supervisor (Quality Assurance) - Fresh products.
What will you do:
- Verify and inspect all company farms and pack houses to ensure compliance with quality standards, including pesticide usage and maximum residue limits for clients.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to enhance product quality and minimize waste.
- Prepare facilities for certification processes such as global gap, GRASP, and SMETA.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality processes and standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to address any quality issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with suppliers and growers to monitor and follow up on spray programs.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
