With your exceptional talent for building consensus and creating buy-in from both upstream and downstream partners, you'll spearhead game-changing programs that resonate throughout the organization.
Your keen analytical mind will be put to the test as you establish and monitor cutting-edge KPIs showcasing operational excellence, implement robust data quality reporting mechanisms, and drive data-driven decision-making to ensure effective reporting and identification of challenges in delivering capacity.
You'll have exposure to senior leadership, showcasing your ability to manage high-stakes operational improvement projects from inception to execution.
Your strategic insights and collaborative spirit will be instrumental in optimizing end-to-end high-volume planning processes for the DSP program, ensuring the timely delivery of critical milestones that impact thousands of DSPs. High-volume events are major surge periods that require managing dependencies across multiple teams.
You will partner closely with leaders from multiple teams in order to become a central figure that can lead in organizing high-volume rollout elements while having the broad scope to recognize risks that individual teams may not see.

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
