Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee employee records, contracts, and documentation with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Ensure full compliance with social insurance and labor law regulations, keeping all records updated and accurate.
Stay informed about labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies to maintain compliance and provide expert guidance.
Supervise and process payroll efficiently, verifying timesheets, attendance, and leave requests while ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Ensure all payroll deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits) and employee benefits are correctly applied and aligned with legal requirements.
Provide high-quality employee support by addressing payroll, benefits, and personnel-related inquiries promptly and accurately.
Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking and adjustments, ensuring competitive and fair pay structures.
Support and mentor junior HR team members, fostering professional development and knowledge-sharing within the department.
JobRequirements
4 to 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with a strong focus on payroll, labor law compliance, and employee operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance best practices.
Strong HR administration and people management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
WorkConditions
Working hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Days off: Fridays & Saturdays
Location: Nasr City
