Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Executes total changeovers.
- 2. Executes Batch Record and logbook documentation with detail and accuracy.
- 3. Executes the procedures used to clean pharmaceutical production equipment and facilities.
- 4. Operates pharmaceutical production machinery and executes procedures for manufacturing such as High sheer mixer, fluid bed drier, wet mill and dry mill, Blender, over Head Stirrer, sieve, and Balance.
- 5. Executes procedures to complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- 6. Works in collaboration with others as part of a team.
- 7. Adheres to all cGMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
- 8. Assists in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.
- 9. Performs other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.
- 10. Assist in Dispensing of Raw materials in CBW.
- 11. Checking the presence of all Raw materials before preparation and rechecking its weight.
12. Weighing the batch after the end of preparation to ensure that yield in acceptable limit.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or related field OR High School Diploma
