Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Sr. Executive (ERP).
What will you do:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and ensure ERP modules are aligned with operational needs.
- Monitor and support the daily functioning of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Order Management).
- Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related inquiries and provide functional support to end users.
- Coordinate and participate in testing, validation, and deployment of ERP updates and enhancements.
- Create user documentation, manuals, and deliver training sessions to ensure proper system usage.
- Track, analyze, and follow up on issues or improvement requests to ensure timely resolution.
