We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale project involving multiple stakeholders and complex integrations. The role requires expertise in business process modeling, and requirement elicitation. Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, identifying process gaps, documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed business requirements across multiple functions and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, dependencies, and integration points between various systems and stakeholders.
- Develop and document end-to-end business process models using BPMN, capturing both current (as-is) and future (to-be) states.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support stakeholders by creating diagrams, and workflows to communicate complex processes and integrations effectively.
- Stay updated on best practices, tools, and techniques for business analysis to contribute effectively to large-scale projects.
- Develop and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to resolve issues and clarify requirements and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure delivery of high-value increments through iterative sprints.
- Participate in agile meetings such as sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Previous experience in Business process Modeling.
- Experience working in projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex system integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analysis skills and attention to detail.
