You will act as the bridge between the clients and our internal teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and communication. Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure events are executed seamlessly.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, creative, and logistics, to ensure all aspects of the event align with client expectations.
Conduct regular check-ins with the sales team to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Prepare and present post-event reports, analyzing success metrics and areas for improvement.
Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
Track key account metrics, including revenue growth and client retention rates.
Develop comprehensive mood boards that encapsulate the aesthetic, style, and thematic elements of the event concept, providing a visual representation for the client's review and feedback.
Prepare engaging presentations to effectively communicate and visualize event concepts, ensuring client understanding and approval.
