Level 3: The role holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently or intensively.

ROLE PURPOSE:

·        The Facilitator is accountable for: planning, preparing, and carrying out an income generating activities to support the participants, technically, psychologically, socially, and recreationally aiming for comprehensive improvement of the participants livelihood situation and skills.

·        Deliver training and capacity-building activities for participants from refugees and migrants’ communities in prevention, resilience, and protection interventions.

·        S/he will work closely with the target group to ensure their livelihood skills, personal resilience, and psychosocial support for them.

·        Participate in developing capacity building training programs for adolescent and families tailored to the needs arising from their economical situation.

·        The position includes the delivery of the self and wage employment services to the project participants and the provision of training and coaching to the beneficiaries.

·        Responsible for understanding all needs of the beneficiaries in order to respond to them positively through coordinating with internal/external service providers in addition to the follow up activities to ensure their sustainability of the income

·        التخطيط وواعداد وتنفيذ انشطة لدعم المشاركين فنيا، نفسيا اجتماعيا، ترفيهيا بهدف التنمية الشاملة لمهارات سبل المعيشة

·        تقديم أنشطة التدريب وبناء القدرات للمشاركين من خلال أنشطة الوقاية والتكيف والحماية

·        سيعمل/ستعمل الميسر أو الميسرة مع الأسر والشباب المعرضين للخطر من الوافدين و المهاجرين من أجل ضمان تعزيز قدراتهم الشخصية وتكيفهم والدعم النفسى والاجتماعى لهم

·        المشاركه في اعداد وتصميم برامج تنميه مهارات للأسر والشباب المعرضين للخطر مبنية على احتياجاتهم الاقتصادية

·        الميسر يتضمن القيام بتنفيذ تدريبات ادارة المشروعات للمشتركين في البرنامج والعمل على متابعة التنسيق في التدريب وتنفيذ جلسات متابعة مع المستفيدين.

·        مسؤؤل عن فهم احتياجات المستفيدين من اجل تنفيذ خطة استجابة بشكل فعال وايجابي, والعمل على ربط المستفيدين بمقدمي خدمات سواء داخليا او خارحيا من اجل التااكيد على استدامة المشروع والخدمات المقدمة.

Project Scope:

This project is seeking to assist vulnerable refugees, asylum seekers, migrants and members from the host community aged 18-45 in Greater Cairo to receive better protection services aiming to empower them for successful transition to self-reliance, access income generation activities and integrate within the local communities.

يسعى هذا المشروع إلى مساعدة اللاجئين وطالبي اللجوء والمهاجرين المعرضين للخطر وأفراد المجتمع المضيف الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 و 45 عامًا في القاهرة الكبرى للحصول على خدمات حماية أفضل تهدف إلى تمكينهم من الانتقال الناجح إلى الاعتماد على الذات والوصول إلى الأنشطة المدرة للدخل والاندماج في المجتمعات المحلية..

Project Implementation

·        Conduct vulnerability assessments to select the participants for entry point activities.

·        القيام بتقيم الاحتياجات للمشاركين من اجل تحديد مسارات الانشطة.

·        Facilitate and co-facilitate a rolling program of life skills training programs and income generating training in both self and wage employment

·        تيسير برامج لبناء القدرات الشخصية. وبرامج التدريب الاقتصادية سواء في ادار المشروعات او في البحث عن عمل

·        Ensure that activities are implemented following the Plan of Action (POA)

·        التأكد من أن الأنشطة تنفذ وفقاً لخطة العمل وفي الوقت المناسب

·        Ensure that the activities are implemented in full respect to the child safeguarding policies of SC.

·        التأكد من أن كل الأنشطة تنفذ بكامل الاحترام لسياسات حماية الطفل الخاصة بهيئة إنقاذ الطفولة؛

·         Prepare for training sessions as per facilitator training manual.

·        إعداد متطلبات و التحضير للجلسات و تجهيزها على نحو مسبق طبقا لدليل الميسر

·         Adopting an interactive way and active learning methodologies during the training sessions

·        إعتماد الأسلوب التفاعلى و التعلم النشط و التعاون فى تيسير الجلسات

·        Responsible for developing a monthly plan for the training sessions

·        مسئول\ة عن إعداد خطة شهرية لتيسير و تقديم الجلسات

·        Participate in all related activities related to this program such as info sessions, education trips, other training workshops, parents meetings/training sessions, field visits,……, etc.

·        المشاركة فى أى أحداث تتعلق بالبرنامج جلسات تعريفية – ورش تدريبية – لقاءات و رحلات .-إجتماعات -حفلات للأسرة- زيارات ميدانية – شراء خامات للمستفيدين .. وما شابة ذلك من مهام حسب ما يتطلب الأمر .

·        Contribute to the development of project database, monitoring system, and carry out activities according to the agreed-upon indicators regularly

·        Develop monthly reports reflecting the progress in the project implementation, highlight success cases, and document challenges encountered during the implementation of activities;

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

المؤهلات والخبرات

·        Degree in a Social Sciences, humanities, psychology, Or any relevant degree

·        حاصل\ة على مؤهل علمي في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية، الإنسانية، النفسية، أو أي مؤهل مناسب

·        Minimum of 1-3 years of successful experience on the fieldwork preferably in capacity building and livelihood. Strong experience of dealing with children and youth.

·        خبرة ناجحة في العمل الميداني من سنة إلى ۳ سنوات، ويفضل الخبرة في مجال بناء القدرات وسبل المعيشة، بالإضافة إلى الخبرة القوية في التعامل مع البالغين والشباب.

·        Proven Expertise in designing and facilitating Life skills programs and entrepreneurship

·        خبرة مثبتة في تصميم وتيسير برامج يناء القدرات وسبل المعيشة

·        Proven knowledge and skills in activity planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation

·        المعرفة والمهارات المثبتة في تخطيط الأنشطة وتنفيذها ورصدها وتقييمها

·        Proven expertise in livelihood programs.

·        الخبرة المثبتة في مجال حماية الطفل وقدرة الأطفال عبلى التكيف مع المجتمع المحيط والبقاء أمنين

·        Good working knowledge of English and Arabic (reading and writing)
