Job Description
The Specialist, Transport will be responsible for organizing schedules and routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements, and making sure that drivers are aware of their duties. He/she/they will work within general policies, principles/goals, and work directly with transport Manager.
- Effective Planning and Prioritization to drive performance
- Provide mentorship to new hires
- Handle conflicts while managing eSAT
- Data Collection, analysis and reporting
- Logical thinking, analytical, solution oriented and adept to handle complex situations
- Should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve
- Ability to manage and support a team
- Liaising between management, drivers and internal customers
- Evaluating driver performance, handling customers queries and resolving complaints in timely manner
