Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring Senior Specialist (Total Rewards & Benefits).

What will you do?

· Oversee the corporate total rewards system, including designing and implementing compensation structures, salary scales, and ensuring consistent application across all Raya business lines.
· Manage monthly payroll and expense processes, including processing changes, reviewing accuracy, and finalizing payroll bank transfers.
· Audit salary practices to ensure alignment with company compensation policies, labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
· Develop and periodically update Raya's Compensation and Benefits policies to reflect market trends and best practices.
· Prepare the annual HR business plan and collaborate with the RH finance team to monitor and control monthly HR budgets and expenses.
· Evaluate and negotiate corporate offers, including pricing, discounts, and terms, to secure exclusive deals and align benefit schemes with market standards.
· Lead employee awareness campaigns to communicate available benefits, including planning, writing, and designing detailed announcements for new or updated services.
· Manage all insurance plans (medical, life, etc.), ensuring timely coverage for employees and staying aligned with market updates.
· Oversee contract renewals for corporate benefits, handling necessary procedures in coordination with Raya’s Lines of Business HR team members.
