Job Description
What’s On Your Plate?
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Deliver Operations training programs for new hires.
- Deliver knowledge Refresher Sessions for the Existing Employees.
- Design full kit effective training programs.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.
- Support and mentor New Employees.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training.
- Maintain necessary documentation/case files, program data entry, and records and provide
- periodic progress reports as necessary.
Qualifications
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
- 0-2 years experience in career development or training preferably.
- Excellent knowledge of training topics.
- Knowledge of training analysis and assessment methodology.
- Knowledge of learning tools and learning styles.
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset.
- Organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment.
- Fluent in English.
