Job Description



Create and execute a visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the store’s brand, product offerings, and target market Generate creative sketches and design concepts for store displays that meet brand and design requirements Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas, ensuring a functional layout Source props, creative materials, and accessories needed for displays, ensuring all materials are in line with the store’s branding Monitor costs and manage display material budget to ensure adherence to financial guidelines Regularly update and refresh displays to reflect new product launches, seasonal themes, and promotional campaigns, ensuring displays are always aligned with current offerings Install and set up visual displays including window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays or Supervise contractors/external vendors when required to ensure timely and accurate execution Ensure uniformity of visual merchandising displays across multiple store locations to maintain brand consistency Liaise with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and merchandisers, to coordinate the visual merchandising efforts and align with sales and promotional strategies Monitor costs and manage display material budget to ensure adherence to financial guidelines

Skills



Bachelor's Degree from any discipline. 2-4 Years of experience in same field. 1 years of team leader role. Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Skilled in tracking and managing budget.
