The Job in a Nutshell💡


We are looking for a Specialist, Knowledge Management & Training to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving learning excellence by leading training and knowledge management initiatives end to end. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement effective training programs and knowledge-sharing strategies.

  • Design, develop, and implement knowledge management frameworks to enhance organizational learning.
  • Lead the creation and execution of training programs, ensuring they align with business needs and employee development goals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate, organize, and update training materials and knowledge repositories.
