Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, fitness center, pool, and other recreational facilities.
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of all facilities.
- Manage inventory and supplies for all departments.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement guest service standards.
- Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and use feedback to improve operations.
- Develop and manage the spa and recreation budget.
- Monitor revenue and expenses, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
- Implement pricing strategies for treatments, memberships, and packages.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote spa and recreation services.
- Create and maintain relationships with local vendors and partners.
- Participate in industry events and conferences.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any personnel issues.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spa or hospitality management.
- Proven experience in staff management, guest relations, and financial management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
