About the role Join the team at Four seasons Sharm El Sheikh , where luxury, wellness, and fitness come together. As the Spa & Gym Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our world-class spa and fitness center, ensuring an exceptional wellness experience for our guests while leading a team of skilled professionals.


What you will do


Lead and manage the spa and gym team, fostering a culture of excellence, motivation, and continuous development. Develop and implement wellness programs, spa treatments, and fitness offerings aligned with guest needs and industry trends. Manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost control for spa and gym operations. Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and service standards. Work closely with other departments to create integrated wellness experiences for guests. Handle guest feedback, ensuring timely resolutions and exceptional service recovery. Manage inventory, vendor relations, and scheduling for operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations for both spa and gym facilities.


What you bring


 Minimum 5 years of experience in spa, fitness, or wellness management within a luxury hospitality setting, with a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. A deep understanding of spa treatments, wellness trends, and fitness programming is essential, along with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications in spa, wellness, personal training, or fitness management are a plus.

Schedule & Hours:
