Job Description

  • Identify and analyze business and technical needs by working with end-users and technical groups.
  • Act as part of the deployment, customization and testing of new solutions.
  • Produce testing scripts based on application functionalities.
  • Drive UAT process.
  • Assist in the end-to-end implementation process for solutions modules.
  • Support detailed business process analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Configure ERP solutions under guidance to meet business and client requirements.
  • Support data migration activities ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans.
  • Provide second support and maintenance post-implementation when needed by the support team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation.
