Evaluate customer business needs and create the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem whether computer systems, networks, hardware, and/or software.

• Understanding Business Problems, analysing and documenting them and translating/transforming them into technology solutions
• Lead architecture design discussions, reviews and recommendations to fulfil customer requirements and needs
• Developing the technical presentations and proposals
• Communicating, Managing & Handling Customers
• Working and collaborating closely with internal teams, partners and vendors
• Being the customer trusted advisor
• Analysing the technology environment
   

• 5+ Years Experience as pre-sales/solution architect
• Computer Science or Engineering Bachelors Graduate
• Proven experience in designing and architecting software systems including the development of architectural frameworks and solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of Arabic and English
• Previous experience in solution integrations is a plus
• Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
• Expert in Modern Digital Solutions (BPA, ERP, CRM, DevOps…etc)
• Advanced understanding of IT Infrastructure and cloud development
• Expert in system design including distributed systems, cloud computing, databases and APIs.
• Good understanding of AI and M/L (Machine Learning)
• Proficiency in various programming/software development languages such as SQL, PHP, C#
• Good understanding of Coding, Databases and Software development
