Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end Java solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
 

• Lead the design and architecture of Java-based applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop high-level product specifications and design documents.
• Ensure solutions are in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide guidance to development teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks within projects.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Mentor team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
