Design and oversee the implementation of integrated IT solutions across the bank’s platforms and systems.
Develop solution architecture and high-level designs that meet business requirements and adhere to IT best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders including business units, project managers, developers, and external vendors to ensure that architectural solutions are aligned with the bank’s objectives.
Ensure compliance with all internal security protocols and regulatory requirements.
Conduct technology evaluations and recommend solutions that improve the system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in the architecture and propose mitigation strategies.
Maintain documentation for architecture, design processes, and solution roadmaps.
Support the development of long-term IT strategies and technology road-maps.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of [3 to 5] years of experience in IT, with at least [3] years in a solution architect role.
Strong understanding of banking systems, financial services, and regulatory requirements.
Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale IT solutions, preferably in a banking environment.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), enterprise architecture frameworks, and integration technologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus.
