-Formulate a clear plan to grow Advansys within the defined territory, including target industries and customers, with expected revenues outlined by business.


-Lead sales achievements and provide forecast inputs during budget discussions.


-Conduct negotiations with customers for all opportunities, maximizing the success rate.


-Support the Business Development team with insights on customer needs, based on ongoing discussions and market awareness.


-Contribute to competitor intelligence, ensuring full awareness of the competition, their strengths, and weaknesses, to better position the company to win business.


-Achieve the highest customer retention rate and engagement by acting as a customer champion.


-Lead the development of commercial proposals.


-Develop business cases and collaborate closely with the sales team to support prospecting and proposal efforts.


-Build vertical knowledge and expertise to become a trusted advisor to customers.
