Responsible for identifying and supporting Industrial Software Sales Opportunities in served markets (Metals and mining, Consumed packed Goods, Fertilizers and Pharma) through Direct and in-direct channels. Be a trusted Advisor on the Software scope, Digital Transformation and Operational Technologies for all Industrial end-user domains. The main offers are Operation & Optimization, and Asset Performance Management. Demonstrate solution capabilities in the context of end-user customer needs. Coach and mentor country EU Sales force on Industrial Software portfolio. Key stakeholders. Open New Channels and Markets for selling all Software packages with an agonist Concept for Hardware. Act as a Decision maker with Industrial End Users. Coordinate with Schneider Electric Commercial Peers. Coordinate with Partners in the country/region. Execute Sales plan to ensure that Software strategy for Industrial End Users is properly aligned. Align and execute customers strategy, tactics and account plans with Key Account Managers. Build customer relationships to create sales opportunities. The position requires close interaction with Industrial End User customers, partners and peers. Customer Focused: Develops in-depth understanding of customer needs in order to provide what they need rather than what is convenient. Develops and implements strategies and processes that improve customer relationships. Tries to get others to see things from the customer's perspective. Acts as an advocate - take the side of the customer in challenging existing standards of customer focus. Passionate about the customer’s business and must be able to investigate and uncover their most important problems to solve, matching AVEVA’s solutions to them where appropriate.Qualifications
