Job Description

Role purpose: 
•    Technical project management of Vodafone Egypt Software hub programs and projects.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership 


Project Management 
•    Accountable for project execution phases, starting with the concept, and the approved budgets, all the way to delivery, covering, resourcing, and communication planning.
•    Identify potential risks and build risk plans along with their contingencies.
•    Manages stakeholders of the project to ensure proper delivery.
•    Acquire the basic technical know-how of the project technology stack to be able to support the project stakeholders.
•    Identifying, implementing, and monitoring Project delivery KPIs, processes and tools.
    
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
 


  • Results oriented, self-driven, able to work independently.
  • Excellent in managing multi sites, cross culture teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, delivering max results while retaining stakeholders’ respect.
  • Excellent communication skills, and networking capabilities, at all levels inside and outside the organization.
  • Fast learner, able to quickly grasp new territories and master them.

    Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    BSc of engineering, MBA preferred.
•    7+ years of experience in project management.
•    Program management certifications and tools is a strong plus.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong organizational and planning skills.
•    Strong leadership skills.
