Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development/Integration Director to lead our global software teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software development, software integration, software testing, agile management, and design thinking teams. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage team capacity, build capabilities, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

  • Lead and manage software development, integration, testing, agile management, and design thinking teams across multiple countries.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

 

 

  • Team Capacity & Capability Building:

 

 

  • Assess and manage team capacity to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to build team capabilities.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team.

 

 

  • Project Management:

 

 

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Implement agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.

 

 

  • Quality Assurance:

 

 

  • Establish and maintain high standards for software quality and performance.
  • Implement robust testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

 

 

  • Stakeholder Management:

 

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

 

 

  • Technology Management:

 

 

  • Oversee the use of a wide variety of software tools and technologies within the team.
  • Ensure the team stays updated with the latest technological advancements and best practices.
  • Promote the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
