Role Objectives


As a Software Backend Engineer I, you will collaborate with team members to develop and implement software solutions, design and maintain backend web applications, and ensure high-quality standards for new features. You will also troubleshoot and debug applications, participate in code reviews, and continuously learn and grow in your role.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

  • Good foundational knowledge of software engineering principles.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to complete projects.


  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.


  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.


  • Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying and solving problems.
