Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Moderator to manage and oversee interactions across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our online community, ensuring compliance with our brand guidelines, and maintaining a positive digital environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Enforce community guidelines by removing inappropriate content and addressing violations.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster engagement and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate potential issues, including spam, offensive language, or crisis situations.
• Track and report on audience sentiment, trends, and key engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the social media and content teams to develop engagement strategies.
• Assist in executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
• Stay updated on social media best practices, platform policies, and emerging trends.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in social media moderation, customer service, or community management.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their moderation tools.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain professional, patient, and tactful when handling sensitive issues.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with brand reputation management.
• Knowledge of content moderation tools like Meta Business Suite.
• Fluency in English is a must.
