Proactively identifies sales leads and educates in-market customers on product functionality and service, investigates and resolves issues that are reported on social media such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, define the most important social media KPIs
Manages and oversees social media content, and measures the success of every social media campaign
Stays up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, uses social media marketing tools
Works with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
Provides constructive feedback, adheres to rules and regulations
