Job Summary:
We are seeking a Social Media Moderator who will be responsible for monitoring and responding to messages, comments, and inquiries on Almera Foods’ social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. This role is crucial in addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will also handle the publishing and scheduling of posts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on Almera Foods’ social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Address customer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to enhance the customer experience.
• Publish and schedule posts across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Engage with followers, respond to feedback, and manage any negative comments or complaints effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management or moderation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly tone.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, 
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms.

Location: 10th of Ramadan, Egypt

Position Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
