Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and manage the social media presence for our company and our clients. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, execute effective social media strategies, and analyze performance to drive audience growth and engagement. This role requires expertise in social media platforms, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for both the company and clients to achieve business goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to identify opportunities for growth.

Content Creation and Management:


  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video producers to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media channels.
  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely posting and alignment with campaigns.

Community Management:


  • Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
  • Build and nurture online communities by fostering positive interactions and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns raised on social media platforms professionally.

Analytics and Reporting:


  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, clicks, conversions) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize results.

Ad Campaign Management:


  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and ad optimization.
  • Monitor the performance of ads and adjust strategies to ensure high ROI.

Client Collaboration and Support:


  • Work closely with clients to understand their brand, target audience, and social media goals.
  • Provide clients with regular updates, insights, and recommendations for their social media presence.
  • Address client feedback and implement changes as needed.
