Who You Are
We’re on the hunt for an Egypt-based Social Executive to join our growing hospitality team. If you love crafting social strategies, building content calendars, and creating scroll-stopping campaigns, this role is for you!
You’ll be managing innovative social media strategies and campaigns for our hospitality clients, working across platforms to engage audiences and make an impact. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with client servicing, data experts, and content creators to bring holistic content plans to life.
From developing strategies to overseeing the daily flow of social content, your focus will be on ensuring everything runs smoothly, stays consistent, and delivers outstanding results.

Role & Responsibilities


  • Build into creating monthly content calendars for respective brand accounts.
  • Brief in engaging, creative, innovative content based on trends and insight.
  • Source images to design feeds, either from existing content that’s been shot, client content or UGC.
  • Write creative captions that tell a story and speak directly to the audience.
  • Roll out the Tactical social playbook, including maintaining and developing the channel strategy, tone of voice, feed experience and brand personality across relevant social channels.
  • Hunt down trends and stay ahead of the curve with content movements

Experience & Competencies


  • You have 2+ years’ experience working in Social Media (hospitality is a plus).
  • You have in-depth functional knowledge and a deep understanding of content best practice on social media channels like Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.
  • Your English copywriting skills are on point.
  • You’re super organised and play close attention to ALL the details.
  • You have an eye for design and know what content will drive engagements.
  • You’re self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively.
  • You’re someone who takes initiative and is focused on always improving.
