We’re looking for an innovative and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing social team, focusing on a major account within our finance portfolio. Our young and dynamic team is headquartered in Dubai, but we have multiple team members in Egypt where you’ll be based... We work on a huge variety of work for our finance client, where no two days are the same. From weekly small scale social shoots to big 3 day productions that require a month of planning, motion graphic videos, scripts and static banners - we do it all. We want someone who isn’t afraid of getting stuck in and wants to contribute to work we can all be proud of - we’ve had some great wins already this year… We work across all key platforms for these finance partners, including TikTok and LinkedIn, ensuring our clients are happy throughout the journey. Role & Responsibilities
Create monthly content calendars to help execute the brand strategy and objectives for each month, coming up with ideas on a daily basis
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, that appeals to target audiences and promotes the brand message
Write creative captions that tell a story and speak directly to the relevant demographic
Creative briefing and collaboration across departments to ensure every brief, output and strategy maximises the impact on the user, working closely with video production teams, design teams and motion graphics
Ad hoc campaign planning and development - research, build on opportunities, come up with creative social executions and campaign ideas that can be distributed across relevant social platforms
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, delivering valuable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvements
Experience & Competencies
You have a minimum of 2 years experience working in either Social Media or creative copywriting
You have in-depth functional knowledge and a deep understanding of content best practice on social media channels like Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, etc
You’re comfortable facing clients and pitching ideas
Your English/Arabic copywriting skills are on point
You’re super organised and play close attention to ALL the details
You have an eye for design You’re self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively
You’re someone who takes initiative and is focused on always improving
