We’re looking for a Social Content Co-Ordinator to manage an extensive scheduling process across a key fintech client.  This is a junior-mid role that requires common sense, confidence and the ability to apply yourself.

What You’ll Do


  • You own, manage and coordinate a master scheduling sheet across multiple stakeholders and business segments, overseeing up to 10 posts per day across numerous social channels as well as keeping track of posts for the week.
  • You regularly liaise with the client on posting needs, keeping them informed of any concerns and / or changes - This includes managing client phone calls and up to 50 email requests per day regarding social scheduling requirements.
  • You efficiently manage feedback, clearly communicating requirements with both internal and external teams.
  • You proactively find solutions when there are conflicts in the schedule managing up to the client.
  • You cross check all posts before going live on Sprinklr (social scheduling platform), ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts and each piece of content follows the client’s strict brand guidelines, including but not limited to image specs, number of #s, tagging and more.
  • You cross-check all live posts natively, ensuring they are accurate and follow guidelines.
  • You’ll need to follow a 15-step content quality assurance process, which will become like second nature over time.
  • Once you are delivering to the scheduling expectations, your role may expand to include more social media responsibilities, including but not limited to, reporting, copywriting and briefing.
  • You'll be working with a fun and enthusiastic team on a UAE timezone.

What You Bring


  • Confident Bilingual Communication—ideally with 1-2 years of client / customer facing experience. Call centre, customer service or social experience is beneficial.
  • Quality Assurance—you are experienced in following a QA, feedback and escalation process.
  • Process + System Knowledge—you are familiar with processes and tools, including crm, analytics, Google Sheets, Excel and scheduling systems like Sprinklr.
  • Independent Problem Solving—you are a natural problem solver who has experience with independently finding and communicating solutions to clients.
  • Social Platform Fluency—you understand, and are passionate about, social platforms, including but not limited to: Meta, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
