Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Management
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for warehousing operations aligned with Tagaddod's overall business goals.
  • Plan and manage resources, including workforce, equipment, and facilities, to meet current and future business demands.
Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee operations at both large industrial and local warehouses, ensuring optimal storage, inventory accuracy, and on-time dispatch.
  • Monitor and improve processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and maintain product quality.
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all warehouse sites.
Expansion of Warehouses
  • Lead the planning and execution of new warehouse expansions, including site selection, design, and operational setup.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new warehouse projects.
  • Ensure new facilities are equipped and operationally ready to meet Tagaddod’s growth needs.
Facility and Equipment Management
  • Ensure all sites are well-maintained and equipped to support operational needs.
  • Drive equipment modernization and lead initiatives to upgrade facilities for better operational outcomes.
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
  • Establish and maintain a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training programs to minimize risks.
Certifications and Compliance
  • Support and maintain compliance with ISCC certifications and help achieve new certifications that align with sustainability and operational excellence.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to ensure processes meet certification requirements and maintain adherence to standards.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop warehouse and site teams, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Create succession plans and career growth opportunities for key roles.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor warehouse KPIs, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and on-time shipments.
  • Implement digital tools and systems to improve warehouse visibility and integration with other departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Fleet, Logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with the People team to recruit, train, and retain top talent in warehousing roles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in warehouse and site operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in implementing SOPs, modernizing facilities, and leading large-scale operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management software, and process optimization tools.
  • Experience with ISCC certifications or similar sustainability frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
