Job Description
The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of hospitality construction projects, ensuring that all construction phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in construction management, particularly in the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury hotels, resorts, and related facilities.
Site Management:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Ensure that the site is organized, and that materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Coordinate with the consultant about the Shop Drawing needed from the contractors.
- Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for onshore construction and man-hours, duration and manning forecasts for offshore hook-up and offshore installation durations and resource requirements.
Project Execution:
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site.
- Implement and enforce project plans and specifications.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices

- Coordinate with the Project Manager to align site activities with project goals.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, site logs, and incident reports.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, site conditions, and any issues encountered.
- Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
