Job Description

The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of hospitality construction projects, ensuring that all construction phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in construction management, particularly in the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury hotels, resorts, and related facilities.


Site Management:


  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Ensure that the site is organized, and that materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Coordinate with the consultant about the Shop Drawing needed from the contractors.
  • Review man-hours and duration forecasts to completion for onshore construction and man-hours, duration and manning forecasts for offshore hook-up and offshore installation durations and resource requirements.

Project Execution:


  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site.
  • Implement and enforce project plans and specifications.

Safety and Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices

  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to align site activities with project goals.

Documentation and Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, site logs, and incident reports.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, site conditions, and any issues encountered.
  • Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
