Site Manager

Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients in Interior Design Site Manager

- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for interior design projects, ensuring that work is completed as per design specifications and project plans.
- Manage and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that they adhere to project schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets the company's quality standards and complies with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within the allocated time frame.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Address and resolve on-site issues or challenges promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site Manageror In interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, designers, and contractors.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
Work conditions:
-from Sunday to Thursday 
-Friday and Saturday are off
