Site Engineer-Constraction

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Site Engineer to supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or contracting, with hands-on experience in site supervision and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities.

  
  

• Ensure all work is performed according to architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

  
  

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  
  

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

  
  

• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

  
  

• Manage and monitor materials, resources, and equipment usage on-site.

  
  

• Ensure timely completion of project milestones and report any delays or challenges.

  
  

• Implement safety protocols and ensure all site workers adhere to them.

  
  

• Assist in planning and scheduling construction tasks and milestones.

  
  

• Provide technical guidance and support to on-site workers and supervisors.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university.

  
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.

  
  

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  
  

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

  
  

• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours:

  
  

  • Summer: 10 AM to 7 PM (including a 1-hour break)

    
    

  • Winter: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break)

    
    

• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
