Talent 360 is hiring for one of its clients a qualified Site Engineer to join their team!Job Role:
- Project Management:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly in Libya.
Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Expertise:
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans.
Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Travel & Coordination:
Travel to project sites, including Libya, to oversee progress, conduct inspections, and resolve issues.
Coordinate with local teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Reporting:
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate them effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications:
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in the finishing industry, with a proven track record of managing site operations and delivering high-quality projects.
- Previous experience working with clients in Libya is mandatory.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including extended stays in Libya as needed.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of finishing works, materials, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
- Leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Work Conditions
Working Days: Sunday -Thursday
Working Hours: 09:00 AM-05:00 PM
Days Off: Fridays -Saturdays
