Leverage your abilitiesand join the dynamic team of Saudi Company, specializing inHVand EHV substations and contractingprojects across the Kingdom.The Site Construction Manager will lead all site activities across civil, electrical, and electromechanical disciplines to ensure project success through effective prioritization and management.Key AccountabilitiesOversee all site construction activities for transmission power stations.Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, and electromechanical).Supervise and review civil works construction activities.Manage electromechanical installation and commissioning processes.Ensure project tasks are prioritized to meet timelines and budgets.Identify and mitigate potential risks on-site.Enforce compliance with HSE regulations.Report regularly to senior management on project progress and challenges.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related field.10–15 years in site construction management for transmission power station projects.Strong knowledge of civil works and electromechanical construction activities.Leadership and team management abilities.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management tools.
