The Site Accountant is responsible for all financial activities at a specific project site. This includes managing daily financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and supporting project management with financial analysis.
Detailed responsibilities
· Manage petty cash and reconcile daily transactions.
· Collecting payments from clients and customers.
· Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
· Prepare and execute cash transfers between accounts as needed.
· Process payments to vendors, subcontractors, and employees.
· Prepare regular reports on site cash position, cash flow, and other key financial metrics.
· Monitor inventory.
